Ingredients: Prepared rehmannia root, cornus fruit, dioscorea root, poria sclerotium (hoelen), moutan bark, alisma rhizome, annemarrhena rhizome, phellodendron bark, vervain rhizome, bugleweed leaf, lemon balm.

Dosage: 2 capsules, three times daily.
Maintenance: 1 capsule, three times daily.

Antecedent: Based on Anemarrhena, Phellodendron and Rehmannia Pill, Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan (1702 A.D.), Anemarrhena, Phellodendron & Rehmannia Formula.
