USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING

If a customer selects USPS as their preferred order fulfillment option, the shipping rates are automatically calculated directly by the USPS Postage Calculator using the weight, distance and package size of the items in your order. The USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map can provide our customers with more information regarding expected delivery dates. Orders placed on our website will be shipped out the next business day from the Natick Post Office.

NEXT DAY CURBSIDE PICKUP

If a customer selects Next Day Curbside Pickup as their preferred order fulfillment option, there will be no shipping or handling fees associated with the order. Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for pickup the following day by 9am. If customers have questions regarding Next Day Curbside Pickup please contact 508-314-8164.

OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

All orders placed on our website are fulfilled following the strategies and measures recommended by the CDC and Public Health Departments. A mask and gloves are worn for the preparation of each order. The health of our staff and customers is our top priority. RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are unfortunately unable to to accept returns at this time. If you receive a defective product please email photos and reasons for needing a refund to cailin@darcywellnessspa.com so we may process your refund request.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an item is out of stock please sign up to be placed on a waitlist for the desired product. You will be notified of the product’s availability via email as soon as we have the product back in stock. Customers may also send an email to cailin@darcywellnessspa.com to request a notification of product availability.
