This formula supports health breast tissue and increases circulation in the abdomen. In one Japanese study, the base of this formula demonstrated that it supports growth of normal uterine tissue by reducing the amount of estrogen in the bloodstream. The TCM view is that cold produces stagnation of blood; that is, the stagnant environment that the fibroids need to survive and to grow. Poria helps support circulation as does Peony, which also alleviates stasis. This formula may need to be taken over many months.
